TopOutComp collect minimal personal data required to provide competition management services:

  • Account Info: Name and email address used for sign-in.
  • Competition Data: Participants, routes, and scores managed by you.
  • Technical Logs: IP addresses and browser info for security and analytics.

2. Data Usage

Your information is used solely to authenticate your access and manage your competitions. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Security

We use industry-standard security through Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security) and Vercel hosting to ensure your data is protected and private.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request account and data deletion at any time.
